Where you provide us with the personal data of any third party (e.g., family members, employees, or otherindividuals), you warrant and undertake that you have obtained all necessary consents from such individuals to:

• Disclose their personal data to APM and/or APM Group;
• Permit APM and/or APM Group to process such personal data in accordance with this APM PDPA Notice; and
• Ensure that the personal data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You further agree to promptly inform us of any changes or updates to your personal data or the personal data of such third parties to ensure that the information we hold remains accurate and current.

We may, at our absolute discretion, revise or alter this APM PDPA Notice from time to time and if there is any revision, it will be posted on our website(s) and/or other means of communication deemed suitable by us.
